Location: Noida

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct cold calling and set up appointments with prospective clients.
- Utilize CRM platforms to manage customer relationships and track

outreach.
- Engage in both manual and platform-based dialing to generate leads.
- Familiarity with lead generation processes and tools.
- Maintain effective communication and follow-up with leads, ensuring high

conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
- Work with both inbound and outbound sales strategies.
- Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in cold calling, appointment

setting, or sales.
- Freshers with good communication skills will also be considered.
- CRM Knowledge: Prior experience with CRM platforms is a must.
- Dialing Experience: Experience in manual dialing and platform-based dialing

is essential.
- Lead Generation: Strong understanding of lead generation tools and

processes.
- Client Background: Experience working with US clients is a significant

advantage.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
