**Job Description: Automobile Sales Representative**

**Salary:10000 k to 15000 k**

Position Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
Build and maintain a strong understanding of the features, specifications, and benefits of the vehicles in our inventory.

Greet and engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner, assisting them throughout the sales process.

Listen attentively to customers' preferences and needs, and recommend suitable vehicles based on their requirements.

Conduct test drives and provide in-depth product demonstrations to showcase vehicle capabilities.

Effectively communicate pricing, financing options, and additional services to customers.

Negotiate and finalize sales transactions, ensuring customer satisfaction while adhering to company pricing guidelines.

Collaborate with the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new vehicle releases, and competitive products.

Maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions, sales, and follow-up activities using our CRM system.

Participate in sales training and workshops to continuously improve selling techniques and product knowledge.

**Qualifications**:
Previous experience in automotive sales or a related field is preferred but not required.

Strong passion for automobiles and a genuine interest in staying informed about new models and features.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with customers and understand their needs.

Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive sales environment.

Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to handle objections effectively.

Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is a plus.

Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications: Any graduate

Sales Experience: Proven track record of success in a sales role, preferably in the automobile industry. Experience with consultative selling and relationship-building is a plus.

Automobile Knowledge: Passion for automobiles and a keen interest in staying updated about the latest vehicle models, technologies, and trends.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to explain complex information in a clear and understandable manner.
