**Job Title: English Telecaller**

**Location**: Aluva, Kerala, India

**Salary Range**: 18,000 INR to 20,000 INR per month

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided list or database.
- Introduce our products/services to potential customers and explain their benefits.
- Answer questions about products/services and address any concerns or objections.
- Persuade potential customers to make a purchase or take a desired action.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Exceptional English language fluency, both verbal and written.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to quickly build rapport with potential customers.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales techniques and strategies.
- Must be willing to relocate to Aluva, Kochi,Kerala.
