As an Inside Sales Executive at Bakul Fresh, you will play a crucial role in driving our subscription-based vegetable delivery platform. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual with a minimum of 1 year of inside sales experience to contribute to our mission of providing fresh, affordable vegetables to customers.

**Responsibilities**:
**Lead Generation**:

- Collaborate with the stakeholders to align strategies for effective lead generation.

**Customer Engagement**:

- Establish and maintain effective communication with potential customers, understanding their needs, and emphasizing the benefits of Bakul Fresh subscriptions.
- Provide personalized solutions to address customer requirements.

**Product Knowledge**:

- Develop a comprehensive understanding of Bakul Fresh's subscription model and technology-driven approach.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor offerings.

**Sales Presentations**:

- Conduct compelling virtual presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the advantages of Bakul Fresh subscriptions.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns, offering relevant information to facilitate sales.

**Sales Pipeline Management**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of leads and information.

**Achieve Sales Targets**:

- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of Bakul Fresh.
- Continuously evaluate and refine sales strategies for optimal results.

**Feedback Loop**:

- Gather customer feedback to provide valuable insights for product enhancement and improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1 year of inside sales experience, preferably in the technology or agritech industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software is advantageous.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
