About Company B-Catma is into the manufacturing of the wiper link assembly kit. The core processes in the company are sheet metal stamping, injection molding, tool room. The company is working with Automotive TIER 1 MNCs and follows automotive standards in the company. Job DescriptionPosition Summary
Accounting is a very important function in this auto-ancillary unit. The executive shall report to the CFO and will play a major role in management financial decisions. The executive shall communicate with all stake holders eg. Management, bankers,financial institutes, government agencies, customers and vendors.
Role & Responsibilities
- **Booking of purchase bills and making sales invoices.**:

- **Assist in preparation of financial reports such as financial statements, receivable-payable list, ratio analysis, cash flow and budget performance.**:

- **Ensure compliances with applicable standards.**:

- **Aid in the implementation of new accounting policies, standards and guidelines.**:

- **Provide accurate, timely, relevant recording, reporting and analysis of financial information.**:

- **Identify ideas of improvement and implement improvements to processes along with SOPS.**:

- **Preparation of Export related documents.**:

- **Monthly reconciliation of ledger of regular parties.**:

- **Maintenance of files and implementing 5S.**:

- **Preparation of Drawing Power statement.**:

- **Preparation of salary sheet and attendance calculation.**:

- **Coordinate and visit with CA, Banks, Statutory offices, Customers for accounting purpose.**:

- **Physical assets verification (stock taking) every month end, co-ordinate with stores and production in month end.**

Qualifications and Education Requirements
- **Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or in related field.**:

- **2-5 years of accounting/finance experience.**:

- **Thorough knowledge of general ledger accounting and account reconciliation**

Preferred Skills/Profile
- **Strong analytical and problem-solving skills**:

- **Highly detail-oriented working style.**:

- **Experience with latest accounting software tally ERP9.**:

- **Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively across the organization**:
