**Job Title: Customer Sales Support**

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Sales Support. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide excellent customer service and support to our clients by handling communication through our Telegram group.

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and manage our Telegram group, ensuring all customer inquiries are addressed promptly and efficiently
- Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries, and resolve any issues in a timely and effective manner
- Assist customers in placing orders, and ensure a smooth and seamless sales process
- Collaborate with our sales team to provide customers with product information and sales support
- Maintain accurate customer records and keep the sales team informed of any changes or updates

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail
- Prior experience in customer service or sales support is preferred, but not required
- Familiarity with Telegram or other messaging platforms is a plus
- A positive and can-do attitude, with a willingness to go the extra mile to exceed customer expectations

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.29 per month
