**Job Overview**: As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth for the company by identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, as well as maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients. Your primary responsibility will be to meet or exceed sales targets through effective communication, negotiation, and strategic selling.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Prospecting and Lead Generation**:

- Research and identify potential clients through various channels, including online research, collaboration with ecommerce retail shops,
- Generate leads and build a robust pipeline of prospective clients.

2. **Client Acquisition**:

- Conduct sales presentations to showcase products or services to potential clients.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective strategies for client acquisition.

3. **Sales Meetings and Presentations**:

- Schedule and conduct meetings with clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of products or services to clients.
- Sales person should be able to upsell our products with the competitor
- Address client inquiries and provide relevant information to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stock analysis, stock sending, VM analysis, custom discounts, staff training on mannerisms, store reels and influencer planning

4. **Negotiation and Closing**:

- Negotiate terms and conditions of agreements to close sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Prepare and present proposals to clients, addressing their specific requirements.
- Overcome objections and resolve concerns to facilitate successful deal closures.

5. **Relationship Management**:

- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Provide post-sales support and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends and client needs to anticipate future opportunities.

6. **Sales Reporting and Analysis**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions using the company's CRM system.
- Generate regular reports on sales performance, including key metrics and achievements.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Knowledge of the industry and market trends.
