**Position Title**: CA Intern

**Responsibilities**:

- **Assisting in Financial Analysis**: Help in analyzing financial statements, preparing reports, and providing insights on financial performance.
- **Audit Support**: Assist in audit engagements by preparing documentation, conducting testing, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- **Tax Compliance**: Aid in tax preparation, including gathering necessary documents, data entry, and basic tax calculations.
- **Bookkeeping and Record Keeping**: Support in maintaining accurate financial records, journal entries, and ledger entries.
- **Financial Reporting**: Assist in the preparation of financial reports for management, shareholders, and regulatory authorities.
- **Research and Analysis**: Conduct research on accounting standards, tax laws, and financial regulations to ensure compliance and best practices.
- **Administrative Tasks**: Handle administrative tasks such as filing documents, organizing financial records, and responding to inquiries.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with senior accountants, auditors, and finance professionals to support various accounting and financial projects.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Pursuing or recently completed a degree in accounting, finance, or related field. Enrollment in or completion of CA program preferred.
- **Knowledge**: Understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis, taxation, and auditing standards.
- **Software Skills**: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Tally) and Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel).
- **Analytical Skills**: Ability to analyze financial data, identify trends, and make recommendations.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.
- **Communication**: Good written and verbal communication skills to interact with team members and clients effectively.
- **Time Management**: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- **Ethical Standards**: Understanding of ethical standards in accounting and finance and commitment to upholding professional integrity.
