**PURCHASE MANAGER**

**(CIVIL CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS PURCHASE)**

**(CANDIDATES WITH EXPERIENCE IN PURCHASE DEPARTMENT IN CONSTUCTION / REAL ESTATE / INTERIOR COMPANIES ONLY NEED TO APPLY )**

**Experience**:
Minimum 10 years and above required (from Construction / Interior Industry) Outstanding verbal and communication skills. Must be well versed in local Kannada language (Hindi also preferred).

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
Development of vendor base for timely procurement of materials / equipment's construction materials for various sites

Techno-commercial evaluation of offers, negotiation, procurement, finalization of MOUs & rate contracts for bulk purchase items.

Negotiate competitive rates with the vendors to minimize costs without compromising the quality of material.

Technical Discussion with supplier to assess their requirement. This also involves review of

To plan for the inventory of the incoming material and place the purchase order accordingly to the supplier.

Work closely with the freight forwarders to ensure the correct and timely delivery of the materials.

Participate in Techno-commercial Discussion with the supplier till the final purchase order is placed.

Do rate analysis of A B and C class materials on...
- Responsible for procurement of all construction related materials as per requirement.
- Analysis of offers, negotiations and preparation of the rate comparison / TAF.
- Identification of the new vendors / new materials.
- Knowledge of Bulk purchase.
- Good knowledge on construction related materials.

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
