**Position Overview**:As an Accounts Executive with 5 to 6 years of experience, you will play a pivotal role in managing the financial aspects of our company. Your expertise will contribute to maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting the overall financial health of the organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Financial Recording and Reporting**: Maintain and update accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and journal entries. Prepare regular financial reports and statements for management review.
- **Accounts Reconciliation**: Perform regular bank reconciliations, ensure accurate reconciliation of vendor and customer accounts, and investigate discrepancies.
- **Budget Management**: Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets, comparing actual performance against budgeted figures. Provide insights into variances and recommend corrective actions.
- **Invoicing and Billing**: Prepare and process invoices for clients, ensuring timely and accurate billing. Collaborate with relevant departments to address any invoicing or billing discrepancies.
- **Expense Control**: Monitor and control expenses, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Identify opportunities for cost-saving initiatives.
- **Financial Analysis**: Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making, including analyzing trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations.
- **Taxation and Compliance**: Ensure compliance with tax regulations and timely submission of tax returns. Keep abreast of changes in tax laws and regulations that could impact the company's financial activities.
- **Audit Support**: Collaborate with auditors during internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations to ensure a smooth audit process.
- **Process Improvement**: Identify opportunities to enhance financial processes, systems, and controls. Implement improvements to streamline operations and increase efficiency.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and management, to provide financial insights and contribute to strategic decisions.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Proven experience as an Accounts Executive or similar role, with 5 to 6 years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, standards, and regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Experience with tax compliance and audit support is a plus.
- Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA are preferred.
