Our aim is to work towards the accessibility of quality education globally and promoting the love for Indian Music and Dance.

**Responsibilities**

The Product Associate role is being defined for the Young Artiste YouTube channels product. The Associate will work together with the Strategic Partnerships & Communications manager across both of these highly related verticals. The Job description is given below:
**Content Creation**

Content planning and implementation of the script and video based on Youtube Algorithm and competitors videos. The individual must be able to understand the product, and research and identify trends, provide creative ideas and help with optimizing the delivery of the content during the creation process.

1. Coordination with tutor/presenter to schedule the video shoots, arrangements for their travel, accommodation and shoot.

2. Manage logistics of video shoots making the required arrangements at the studio. This involves pre-shoot, during the shoot and post-shoot activities.

**Content Management & Community Interactions**

1. Writing captions, titles, descriptions, providing ideas for thumbnails, and general channel hygiene of the YouTube Channels.

2. Update the content management tool with details of the content to be created.

3. Help with setting the monthly calendar for the channel, scheduling the release of various assets on YouTube Studio.

4. Help with various other audience engagement & ORM activities such as Instagram Live sessions, community post ideation and creation, WhatsApp group interactions etc.

6. Competitor research: staying up to date with market trends and competitor behaviors.

**Social Media Marketing**

1. Define and implement channel strategy, including long-term goals, go-to-market strategies, and key performance indicators within YouTube’s search engine

2. Manage channel content, including live-stream events, digital media assets, social media marketing campaigns, and owned/earned/paid media

3. Create, maintain, and promote channel content, including videos and other assets

4. Oversee channel analytics, including reporting, analysis, and optimization

5. Strategy Development

6. Create comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the organization's overall goals. They identify target audiences, analyze market trends, and choose the most effective digital channels and tactics to reach potential customers.

7. Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Optimize website content and structure to improve search engine rankings. This involves keyword research, on-page optimization, link building, and monitoring search engine algorithm changes.

**Necessary Skills**

4. Operational Skills: in terms of creating trackers, executing tasks in an independent and reliable manner, and providing updates to other team members.

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
