Key Responsibilities:
1. Logistics Management:

- Coordinate transportation activities, including scheduling and tracking shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Liaise with carriers, freight forwarders, and customs agents to arrange transportation and handle documentation requirements.
- Monitor and analyze transportation costs, identifying opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
- Address any issues or delays in the transportation process, working proactively to find solutions and minimize disruptions.

2. Inventory Control:

- Oversee all aspects of inventory management, including receiving, storing, and disbursing goods.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to maintain accurate stock levels and reconcile discrepancies.
- Implement inventory control measures to prevent stockouts, overstocking, and shrinkage.
- Collaborate with purchasing and procurement teams to forecast demand and ensure adequate inventory levels are maintained.

3. Warehouse Management:

- Supervise warehouse activities, including loading, unloading, and storage of goods.
- Optimize warehouse layout and organization to maximize space utilization and facilitate efficient operations.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with warehouse procedures and regulations.
- Implement inventory management systems to streamline warehouse operations and enhance accuracy.

4. Documentation and Reporting:

- Maintain comprehensive records of inventory levels, transactions, and transportation activities.
- Prepare regular reports on key performance metrics such as inventory turnover, ontime delivery, and transportation costs.
- Analyze data trends to identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.

5. Team Coordination:

- Provide guidance and supervision to warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and continuous learning.
- Conduct training sessions to educate team members on best practices and safety protocols.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in logistics coordination and warehouse management, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong understanding of transportation regulations, customs procedures, and inventory management principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Strong organizational and problemsolving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment.

Certification in logistics or supply chain management (e.g., APICS, CSCMP) is a plus.
