**Role**: Customer Support Executive (International Voice Process)

**Location**:Bangalore

**Shift Pattern**:UK/US shift (sat and sun off)

**Salary**:17-26k ctc

**Facilities**:Cab facility (2 way)

**Age**:Upto35 years.

**Requirements**:

- Good command over written and verbal English is mandatory
- Should be cooperative with rotational shifts

**Responsibilities**:

- Handling customer queries via call
- Offering proactive assistance to customers
- Acquire and validate the information and provide it to the customers with full efficiency
- Ensure customer satisfaction by fulfilling their needs

**Skills**:

- Ability to work under pressure
