To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Application Administrator - IT in Pune.

Reporting to Senior Manager and the role involves,

What a typical day looks like:

- Operational support of L2/L3 to manage the Oracle Fusion Middleware 12c Application server with infrastructure components BPM, SOA, IPM and UCM
- Install and Configure Development, Test, Staging and Production environments
- Proactively identify potential problems and issues, actively communicate, and manage issues to resolution
- Explore and recommend Opensource technologies.
- Be accountable for Incident, change management procedures, policies, resolution of issues, problem management, and execution of changes, ensure support issues are resolved in a timely manner, consistently improve SLAs
- Enthusiastic to learn and adapt new technologies

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

- Any graduate or post graduate with 6-8Yrs of experience in IT.
- Experience in configuring, administering, and maintaining Oracle Fusion Middleware MAA (maximum availability architecture - this includes HA and DR config) infrastructure components, including WebLogic Suite (WLS, Coherence, and Java SE), SOA Suite 11g/12c (Adapters, BPEL, BAM, Business Rules, OSB, and OWSM), IPM, UCM and OHS.
- 4+ years of experience in managing servers for Oracle SOA 12c, WebLogic.
- Experience in configuring SSO and SSL certificate key stores.
- Experience in providing recommendations on Parameters, set up requirements for Oracle SOA 12c.
- Experience on programming and automation.
- Experience in Cloud, DevOps, Kubernetes, Docker Containers.
- Must have 3+ years of experience in root cause and troubleshoot production issues (stuck threads, heap sizing, GC, connection pool leakage, n/w connection time outs, read time outs, JCA time outs, DB connection time outs, file system out of space, SSL certificates, deployments, patching and etc.)
- Experience working with Linux, Windows 2012 or above, Microsoft SQL, Oracle Database 12c or above.
