**VACANCY-FOOD TRUCK CHEFS (2 Nos.)**
**The Role entails**:
- Working under the supervision of the Food Truck F&B Manager
- Assist in scaling-up the Multi-cuisine Food Truck offerings at our four Campuses
- Assist in managing food and beverage operations within budget and to the highest standards
- Must be customer / Guest-oriented and service-minded
- Punctual, disciplined, and committed
- Ensure cleanliness and follow safety standards for Food items
- Follow the instructions of the Food Truck F&B Manager and officials
**Job brief**
- We are looking to recruit professional Food Truck Chefs to be responsible for assisting the Food Truck F&B Manager in ensuring daily quality & hygenic food production for the newly started Multi
- cuisine Food Trucks at our four Campuses and for delivering an excellent Staff, Student, and Guest experience. The goal is to manage food consumption volumes with mínimal wastages, churn up variety cuisine to tickle the tasty buds and in turn create customer satisfaction, as well as staff and student engagement.
**Responsibilities**
- Assist the Food Truck F&B Manager in churning up food of different varieties and ensuring production within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
- Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service and quality benchmarks
- Churn up exceptional Menus
- Identify customers’ needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
- Follow the targets, schedules, policies, and procedures
- Comply with all local health and safety regulations
- Report to Food Truck F&B Manager regarding food consumption volumes and productivity
**Requirements and skills**
- A minimum Certificate / Diploma Culinary field or with solid experience in the food / hospitality sector
- 5 to 10 years of proven Experience in working in the Hospitality industry
- Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
- Guest-oriented and service-minded
- Any other work assigned by the supervisor
