**Key Responsibilities**:

**Product Mastery**: Cultivate an in-depth understanding of our comprehensive product portfolio, which encompasses structural plywood, veneers, and surface decoration materials. Stay attuned to industry trends and evolving product features.

**Client Needs Assessment**: Engage in consultative conversations with prospects to discern their unique needs, preferences, and project specifications. Tailor product recommendations to cater to individual project requirements.

**Strategic Presentations**: Articulate our products as transformative solutions that cater to customers' aesthetic and functional demands. Highlight the distinctive attributes and advantages of our wall panels and related offerings.

**Quotation and Pricing**: Provide accurate pricing information aligned with customer demands. Prepare and deliver quotations, adhering to established pricing guidelines and policies.

**Cultivating Relationships**: Foster enduring relationships with potential clients by diligently following up on inquiries and leads. Ensure sustained engagement through personalized interactions.

**Sales Targets**: Actively contribute to the realization of both personal and team-based sales targets. Play an instrumental role in driving the company's revenue growth.

**Market Insights**: Gather valuable market insights, customer feedback, and competitor intelligence. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to fine-tune sales strategies.

**CRM Management**: Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions, inquiries, and sales activities within the company's CRM system.

**Collaboration**: Collaborate harmoniously with the marketing team to synchronize sales initiatives with ongoing campaigns and promotions. Provide constructive feedback on the effectiveness of marketing collateral.

**Qualifications**:
**Educational Background**: Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

**Experience**: Prior experience in tele sales, customer service, or a related field is advantageous, especially within industries such as interior design, construction, or materials.

**Communication Prowess**: Exhibit exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Convey product details convincingly and comprehensively.

**Customer-Centric Approach**: Display a strong customer-centric approach, empathizing with customer needs and providing tailored solutions.

**Sales Enthusiasm**: Demonstrate an intrinsic motivation for sales excellence, consistently surpassing targets and contributing to overall business expansion.

**Team Synergy**: Collaborate seamlessly within a team environment, actively participating in shared goals and accomplishments.

**Technological Proficiency**: Exhibit proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant software tools.

**Language Skills**: Possess fluency in spoken and written English. Proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
