As a Medical Officer, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional medical care to our patients, diagnosing and treating various medical conditions, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct medical consultations, physical examinations, and accurately diagnose patients' medical conditions.
- Develop and implement treatment plans for patients based on their medical history, symptoms, and diagnostic tests.
- Prescribe appropriate medications and treatments, while considering potential drug interactions and contraindications.
- Perform minor surgical procedures when necessary and refer patients to specialists for advanced treatment.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for all patients.
- Provide medical advice and counseling to patients regarding their health concerns.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including nurses, specialists, and support staff, to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Stay updated with the latest medical advancements, research, and best practices to provide evidence-based care.
- Participate in medical outreach programs and health education initiatives within the community.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- MBBS degree from a recognized medical institution.
- Valid medical license to practice in the state of Jammu Kashmir.
- Minimum of [0 - 5] years of experience as a practicing MBBS doctor.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and treating a wide range of medical conditions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to empathize with patients.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
