**Responsibilities**:

- Perform consultations, evaluations, and diagnoses of orthopaedic conditions.
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Conduct surgeries, both elective and emergency, with a focus on precision and patient safety.
- Provide pre-operative and post-operative care, closely monitoring patient recovery progress.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements in orthopaedic surgery and contribute to the implementation of new techniques and technologies.
- Maintain accurate and complete medical records.
- Participate in medical education and training programs for medical students, residents, and staff.

**Qualifications**:

- Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
- Postgraduate degree (MS/DNB) in Orthopaedic Surgery.
- Valid medical license to practice in Jammu & Kashmir.
- Minimum of [1 - 5] years of experience as an Orthopaedic Surgeon, with a proven track record of successful surgeries and patient outcomes.
- Proficiency in various orthopaedic surgical techniques and procedures.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues and staff.
