Invoicing Assistant

Creating invoices after auditing PODs, BOLs and Interchanges
- Processing the invoices with utmost accuracy and ensuring that timely payments are made.
- Looking into disputes and resolving in a timely manner
- Adherence and compliance to internal ICAN AP Polices for Accounting / Payment of vendor invoices
- Period Reporting to local management and stakeholders within the business
- Invoice Processing
- AR Follow Up, Application of Cash receipts, Treasury Management.
**KPI Measurements**
- Timeliness: #of Invoices posted within 3 business days of the load being completed
- Invoice Automation (FPY%): #of invoices posted within 3 business days
- Paid on Time%: #of invoices paid as per due date of invoices
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
