**Job Description**:

- Is a recognized leader and authority in a broad area of specialization or in a narrow, but the highly specialized field
- Is responsible for the architectural program when the program is of limited complexity and scope, or plans and coordinates detailed phases of a major program
- Provides support and leadership to others in achieving the technical objectives of the overall work effort.
- Regularly called upon as a key expert in business development pursuits.
- Consults clients and make recommendations to overall senior project leadership as a key liaison across teams. are met
- Should be able to handle a team, raise RFI's and schedule the works, delegate and lead the teams as required.
- Should be proficient in software design software like Autodesk Revit, MicroStation etc.,
- US region transport-related experience of design Metro Stations and Airports.

**Qualifications**:

- A Bachelor of Architecture is required
- Applicants are required to have between 12-15 years of experience in Architecture, Middle East experience would be desirable but are not essential.
- Good communication skills, and able to work well independently at times.
- Able to see the “bigger picture” and take a birds-eye view of projects
- Confident, with the ability to work either independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure.
- Accountability for assigned work.
- Accuracy & precision of work.
- Willingness to learn and develop.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Enthusiastic and Self-motivated.
- Work well within a multidisciplinary team.
