Designation: Administration Executive WORK IN OFFICE
Qualification: Graduate from any stream with **fluent communication skills in English and Hindi language.**
**Require sound knowledge of computer & internet, must be able to use Excel & power point..**
**Experience: Mi**nimum 3 years previous work experience in same job is necessary.
**Salary**: 20 to 25 K ( 2.40 to 3 LPA ) **(Note: we do not have PF / Probation period: 3 months)**
Working Hours: 9AM to 6PM - Mon. to Sat.
1) Responsible for maintenance all offices and internal assets.
Internal assets & Services include Air conditions/cc tv/ bio metric/ epabx/server/projector/fire extinguisher/ internet service/ printer/ tea coffee vending machine/ mobile phone/ sim card any other asset & service may be added from time to time.
2) Responsible for maintaining inventory & reordering of office stationary & allied products.
3) Managing housekeeping staff & helpers team, arranging their work.
4) Responsible for orderly management of office opening & closing at all locations.
5) Managing records of printed catalogue /leaflet & other marketing materials.
6) Co-ordinating with exhibition organisers and managing participation in exhibitions.
7) Managing printer advertisement & artwork related matter.
8) Co-ordinating with various vendors for day to day repairs & maintenance of office.
9) Co-ordinating with various courier companies & with import shipment clearing agency
**Salary**: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
