About the job

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Work directly with senior sales leadership to identify HR needs and develop strategic solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee engagement.
- Provide guidance and input on sales team restructures, workforce planning, succession planning, and sales team performance.
- Develop and implement talent management strategies to attract, manage, develop, and retain top sales talent.
- Analyze trends and metrics with the HR department to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations when needed.
- Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to sales management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
- Offer leadership training and development, including coaching, workshops, and team-building exercises.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommend best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention.
- Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation to ensure alignment between HR practices and sales objectives.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Manager, or similar role with a strong understanding of sales environments.
- Excellent people management skills and ability to engage with staff at all levels.
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Analytical and goal-oriented.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
