As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the frontline ambassador of our company, providing exceptional service and support to our valued customers. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving inquiries, and building positive relationships. Through effective communication and problem-solving skills, you will contribute to enhancing our brand reputation and fostering customer loyalty.
**Roles & Responsibilities**:
1. Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
2. Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
3. Communicating with customers through various channels.
4. Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
5. Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
7. Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
8. Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
9. Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.Managing a team of junior customer service representatives.
10. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
1. High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
2. Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
3. Comfortable using computers.
4. Working days will be 6 Days with rotational off.
5. Shift timings will be flexible
6. Excellent communication.
8. Process : Blended process
**Location: C-2, Sector -14c, Old DLF, Gurgaon**
**Reports to: Team Leader**
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
