Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Wedding Captain (Wedding Event Planner) to join our company. As the soul and backbone of our organization, the Wedding Captain plays a vital role in guiding couples through every step of their wedding journey. With meticulous attention to detail and expertise in wedding planning, the Wedding Captain ensures that the couple's vision becomes a reality, creating a truly memorable experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact and maintain seamless communication with the couple and other vendors involved in the wedding.
- Approach each wedding with a personal touch, treating it as if it were your own, and putting heart and soul into creating a day filled with love, joy, and cherished memories.
- Work closely with the couple to understand their dream wedding criteria and diligently visit dedicated vendors to ensure all requirements are met, leaving no stone unturned in creating their perfect day.
- Assist the couple in finding wedding vendors within their budget and facilitate connections between the couple, WedsRent, and vendor negotiations.
- Plan the wedding of the couple according to their budget, demonstrating cost-efficiency while maintaining the desired wedding experience.
- Strive to save at least 20% of the estimated wedding budget for the couple, ensuring effective cost management without compromising the dream wedding experience.
- Collaborate with Wedding Event Planners for weddings with a ticket value exceeding 12 Lakhs, ensuring coordination and alignment of all events according to the theme and requirements.
- Provide on-ground assistance to the Captains and planners during site visits, vendor checks, and other necessary tasks.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Wedding Captain (Wedding Event Planner) or a similar role in the wedding planning industry.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple weddings simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective coordination with couples, vendors, and other team members.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for design, ensuring every aspect of the wedding is executed flawlessly.
- Budget management skills, with a focus on achieving cost-efficiency without compromising the desired wedding experience.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with wedding industry trends, popular vendors, and resources for planning and executing weddings

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
