Front Desk Officer

We are looking for a Experienced Female Front Office Executive to join our team at Kiwi's Immigration & Academy. As a Front Office Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. You will provide administrative support, handle phone calls, manage appointments, and assist in organizing office activities.
**Qualifications And Skills**
- Graduate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required
**Roles And Responsibilities**
- Greeting and welcoming clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answering phone calls and redirecting them to the appropriate department or personnel
- Providing accurate information about our services and immigration processes
- Assisting clients in scheduling appointments with immigration consultants
- Maintaining a clean and organized front desk area
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail and courier packages
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth office operations
- Assisting in organizing office events and meetings
- Handling basic administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing
- Ensuring all office supplies are stocked and ordering new supplies as needed
- Counseling Experience
**Salary**: ₹7,500.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
