**Alpha Educational Services **is seeking a professional and personable Receptionist to join our team. As the face of our institution, the Receptionist will play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression for students, parents, and visitors.
**Responsibilities**:*
- Greet and welcome visitors, students, and parents in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and redirect calls as necessary.
- Manage appointment schedules and assist in coordinating meetings or appointments.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
- Provide information about Alpha Educational Services' programs, services, and facilities.
- Handle inquiries and resolve concerns or direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Assist in organizing events or special activities hosted by the institution.
**Requirements**:*
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using office software ( Microsoft Excel ,Word etc )and handling basic administrative tasks.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Friendly and welcoming demeanor with a customer-oriented approach.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge or interest in the educational field is a plus.
**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 per month
