Academic Mentor is responsible for providing mentorship to students across all courses, ensuring a supportive and structured learning environment. This role includes managing ideal student-to-mentor ratio, managing batch operations as per standardized processes, and implementing corrective actions for recurring issues raised by students or parents.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Mentorship and Course Management
- Oversee mentorship activities across all courses, providing guidance to ensure academic growth for students.
- Manage student batches as per defined processes, ensuring consistency in operations.
- Act as a primary point of contact for students addressing ,concerns with empathy and professionalism.

2. Academic Progress Monitoring
- Track and assess student progress across courses, providing feedback and support for continued improvement.
- Coordinate with the academic team to address any learning gaps and ensure alignment with course objectives.

3. Hybrid Class Coordination
- Facilitate coordination for hybrid (in-person and online) class students to ensure an inclusive and effective learning environment.
- Provide additional support to hybrid students, ensuring they have access to the necessary resources and mentorship.

4. Reporting and Documentation
- Prepare and review reports on student progress, engagement, and any other relevant metrics.
- Maintain thorough records for student interactions, progress reports, and mentor feedback for review and improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelors degree in any discipline

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Minimum 1 year experience in student mentorship or academic program administration.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Rotational shift
