**Roles & Responsibilities**:
**Sales Strategy Implementation**:

- Execute the company’s sales strategies to achieve sales targets and growth objectives.
- Contribute to the development of sales plans and tactics in collaboration with the sales manager and marketing team.

**Customer Acquisition**:

- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs.

**Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.

**Sales Presentations and Demonstrations**:

- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing the features and benefits of the website and mobile app.
- Tailor presentations to address the specific needs and challenges of each client, emphasizing the value proposition of the company's offerings.

**Negotiation and Closing**:

- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of service with clients to close sales deals effectively.
- Ensure all agreements comply with company policies and legal regulations.

**Sales Reporting and Forecasting**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions using CRM software.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the sales manager, highlighting progress towards targets and any potential issues.

**Market and Competitor Analysis**:

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and threats.
- Provide feedback to the product development and marketing teams to refine offerings and strategies.

**Collaboration with Teams**:

- Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Collaborate with the customer support team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients.

**Attending Industry Events**:

- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote products and services and network with potential clients.
- Utilize these opportunities to gather market intelligence and build professional connections.

**Continuous Learning and Improvement**:

- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in the edtech sector.
- Participate in sales training programs and workshops to enhance selling skills and product knowledge.

**Customer Feedback Loop**:

- Collect and analyze feedback from customers to understand their needs better and provide input to improve product offerings.
- Work with the product development team to communicate client needs and suggest enhancements to the platform.

**Adherence to Ethical Standards**:

- Ensure all sales activities comply with the company's ethical standards and Islamic values, maintaining a high level of integrity and professionalism.
- Promote the company’s mission and values in all client interactions and sales activities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Day range:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Shift:

- Day shift
