Job Title: Admission Counselor - HR Analytics Certification Course

Location: Remote

About Us: We are offering a comprehensive HR Analytics Certification Course to empower professionals with data-driven decision-making skills in human resources.

Key Responsibilities:
Respond to inquiries from prospective students via phone

Provide detailed information about the HR Analytics Certification Course, including curriculum, duration, fees, and career benefits.

Assist applicants with the enrollment process, including filling out forms and understanding eligibility requirements.

Follow up with leads to ensure a smooth admission process.

Maintain records of student inquiries and admissions.

Collaborate with the marketing team to support outreach initiatives.

Lead Generation

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any field; a background in HR or marketing is a plus.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Prior experience in counseling, sales, or customer service is preferred.

Familiarity with HR analytics or interest in the HR field is a bonus.
