- 2 to 4 years as a counsellor with educational Sector

**Counselor - Requirements**:

- **Certification**:

- Relevant counseling certification or licensure.
- **Communication Skills**:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- **Empathy**:

- Strong empathy and understanding of individuals' needs.
- **Confidentiality**:

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and trust.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Client Sessions**:

- Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions.
- **Assessment**:

- Evaluate clients' mental health and emotional well-being.
- **Guidance**:

- Provide guidance on personal and academic matters.
- **Crisis Intervention**:

- Offer support during emotional crises.
- **Record Keeping**:

- Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
- **Referrals**:

- Make referrals to specialists as needed.
- **Educational Programs**:

- Develop and implement educational programs.
- **Collaboration**:

- Coordinate with educational staff and parents.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay informed about counseling trends and techniques.
- **Languages:

- ** English, Hindi and Marathi.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
