**Education**: Graduation/ B.sc/M.sc (Agriculture) or BBA or MBA

- Use excellent oral communication and best practices in customer service when interacting with customers
- Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, whatsapp and any other media.
- Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
- Maintaining very good relationships with new and existing major customers to ensure a continuous flow of sales revenue.
- Need to do regular and effective follow-ups with Old & repeated Customer.
- Time to time answer farmer Queries over the call on a regular basis.
- Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
- Have to check order status of your customer for giving them updates and taking necessary actions if required.
- Maintaining accurate records of the total number of sales made, potential and existing customers
- Have to prepare crop schedules
- Advising farmers on how to improve their crop yields
- Technical support and guidance to sales staff for cross-sales of product

**Skills Required**:

- **Achieve targeted sales at any cost.**:

- Good Communication skills in verbal and on social media platforms.
- Strong listening and then understanding skills for conversation with customers.
- Ability to work under pressure, multi-tasker, prioritize routine work.
- The skills to work both independently and as part of a team
- Good to sort out Direct Inquiries
- Has a good knowledge of major pests, diseases, deficiencies, and toxicity affecting the key crops.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
