Customer Support Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a Customer Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in facilitating effective communication between clients and our internal teams. Ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining long-term relationships post-campaign implementation.
- Client Communication
- Campaign Data Collection
- Documentation and Reporting
- Client Training and Education
- Feedback Collection
- Issue Resolution
**Requirements**:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Previous experience in customer support or related roles is advantageous.
Pay: ₹7,500.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
