**Position: System Administrator II**

**Experience -2 Years+**

**Job Location: Pune**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**

**Vendor Onboarding and Management**:

- Identify and evaluate potential third-party vendors and tools based on organizational needs.
- Conduct due diligence, including security, compliance, and reference checks, before onboarding vendors.
- Negotiate favorable contract terms focusing on pricing, performance metrics, and service quality.
- Act as the primary liaison for vendors, managing relationships and facilitating smooth operations.

**Tool and Bug Management**:

- Oversee the administration and optimization of tools such as NetSuite CRM, contact center solutions, marketing platforms, SAP, and documentation systems.
- Report bugs and performance issues encountered in third-party tools and collaborate with vendors to resolve them promptly.
- Track and monitor the progress of bug fixes, ensuring timely resolution in alignment with service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to networking, OS, and SaaS tools, collaborating with internal and external teams to resolve them effectively.

**Service Level Agreement (SLA) Monitoring**:

- Track vendor performance against SLAs and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Identify performance gaps and collaborate with vendors to address and resolve issues.
- Regularly report on SLA compliance to internal stakeholders.

**Risk Assessment and Mitigation**:

- Conduct periodic risk assessments of third-party vendors, focusing on data security, compliance, and operational risks.
- Develop mitigation plans to address identified risks and enhance vendor reliability.
- Ensure vendor adherence to regulatory standards like GDPR, SOC 2, and others as applicable.

**Contract and Cost Management**:

- Manage the lifecycle of vendor contracts, including renewals, amendments, and terminations.
- Optimize costs through strategic contract negotiations and by identifying redundant services.
- Monitor budget utilization and provide recommendations for cost-saving initiatives.

**Stakeholder Collaboration and Communication**:

- Work closely with internal teams to understand their requirements for third-party tools and services.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on vendor performance, tool usage, and potential risks.
- Facilitate change management and training sessions for newly implemented tools or services.
