**About the Role**

**IT Infra Support (Manager)**

**Job description**
- Hands on experience on windows Linux server installation and Management.
- Knowledge of Networking Devices and Firewall.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
- Manage Datacenter support.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems, laptops, and peripherals.
- Office 365 administration experience including Intune, Security, MDM
- Automation of routine support activities.
- Perform routine maintenance, such as updating software and drivers.
- Collaborate with intra-IT teams to resolve technical issues.
- Document incident resolutions and maintain accurate records.
- Stay up to date with industry developments and emerging technologies.
- Coordination with vendor for the Asset procurement.
- Communicate effectively with customer service of various vendors to resolve hardware issues in assets if any.
- Prepare knowledge base articles and build a knowledge repository for IT related processes & issues within the organization.Proactive checks of IT security standards being followed by employees.**Location(s)**

**Role Requirement**
**(Qualification & Experience)**
- 5+ years of experience in IT Administration Support or a related field
- Graduate in any field
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office 365
- Knowledge of BIOS management, network protocols, Firewall, and IT Infrastructure
- Familiarity with Office 365 Administration, Azure AD and Intune admin Centre.
- Open to challenging and new problems and ability to quickly identify solutions from various forums.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience with ZOHO software and ticketing systems
- Awareness about implementation of security controls with respect to ISO 270001
- Experience in managing firewalls and VPN
