**Job Description**:
**Purpose and Role**:

- **Manage engagement on a day to day basis: scope management, estimate to complete, client, budget and ensure a proper management reporting**:

- **Accountable for delivery to expectation, both Capgemini’s and Client’s
**Primary Skills**:
**Minimum of 20 years of experience in SAP HCM solution architecture, implementation, and project management across diverse industries.**
**Extensive expertise in SAP HCM modules such as Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, Payroll, and Benefits.**
**Proven track record of leading large-scale SAP HCM transformation initiatives from concept to completion.**
**Strong understanding of SAP HCM integration with other SAP modules and external systems.**
**Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.**
**SAP certification in relevant modules is highly desirable.**
**Certification in SAP HCM solution architecture is required**

- EM certification (minimum level 1)**
- **Proven track record in operational management and in project delivery**:

- **Ability to manage customer crisis**:
