The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors at Doctors Hub Super Speciality Polyclinic. They are responsible for managing the front desk, coordinating appointments, handling inquiries, and ensuring a welcoming environment for all patients.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Patient Interaction**:
- Greet and assist patients and visitors with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about services.
- Schedule patient appointments and coordinate with doctors and other staff members.
- Manage patient check-in/check-out process, ensuring accuracy of information.
- **Administrative Tasks**:
- Maintain and update patient records using the clinic’s management system.
- Handle insurance forms and documentation as needed.
- Process payments, issue receipts, and maintain financial records for services provided.
- Keep the reception area tidy and organized.
- **Communication**:
- Communicate with healthcare providers and support staff to ensure seamless operations.
- Assist in coordinating patient referrals and follow-ups as per clinic protocols.
- Relay important information between patients, doctors, and administrative staff.

Pay: ₹8,066.78 - ₹12,000.00 per month
