Role Description
- Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations of clients' mental health and emotional needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and therapeutic interventions tailored to clients' goals.
- Assist clients in setting and achieving personal and therapeutic goals.
- Educate clients on coping strategies, mental health issues, and available resources.
- Support clients in managing crises and emotional distress, offering appropriate interventions and referrals when necessary.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of counselling programs and initiatives.

Qualifications:

- Master’s degree in Psychology
- Minimum of 4 years of experience providing counselling services.
- Knowledge of various therapeutic techniques and modalities like art therapy.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,873.66 per month

- Bachelor's (preferred)
