**Position: B2B Sales Executive (Field)**

**Opportunity**:
- **Vigyan Lime **has recently enhanced its supply chain network and is looking at expanding its market reach PAN India, thus is seeking to hire highly motivated & organized individuals, to join as an **B2B Sales Executive (Field)**. This will be an excellent opportunity to work with a reputable company at the forefront of the leading industrial sectors PAN India.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Client Relationship Management**: Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and retention. Identify opportunities and try to upsell products.
- **New Business Acquisition**:Research and identify potential clients to expand the company’s client portfolio. Develop and deliver persuasive pitches and presentations to prospective clients.
- **Sales & Revenue Generation**:Meet & exceed sales targets through effective lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals. Collaborate with the sales team in our Head Office to develop pricing strategies and proposals that align with client needs and company objectives.
- **Market Intelligence**: Stay informed about the industry trends, and market intelligence to identify new business opportunities and potential threats.
- **Field Survey**:A field sales executive travels to locations to promote the supply of products to the customers they have targeted and the ones they are already dealing with.
- **Lead Generation & Cold Calling**:These tasks are often performed over cold calling, knocking on all Corporate Offices, or scheduling meetings with the customers at their offices.
- **Public Appearance**:Visit Sector focused Exhibitions & Conferences, to gain information and initiate communication and showcase our products with prospective buyers within industrial sectors.
**Qualifications & Requirements**:
- Healthy 35 year+ smart, sincere & dynamic individual
- 10+ years Work Experience.
- Bachelor/ Master’s Degree in any field.
- Proven 5+ years experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing or a related field.
- Should be fluent in English/ Hindi speaking, reading & writing.
- Should have customer service skills, including responding to inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing customer support as needed, and working independently.
- Should be comfortable in traveling PAN India driving by company vehicle and/ or by train, bus, taxi, as & when required.
- Should be capable of attending timely meetings with the clients.
