**Customer Sales Representative**

**Key Responsibilities -**
- Conduct outbound B2B sales calls to potential clients in the Australian market.
- Present and sell our products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Understand customer needs and requirements to offer suitable solutions.
- Maintain and develop positive business and customer relationships.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
- Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and market conditions.

**Requirement-**
- Proven experience in B2B sales
- Excellent verbal communication skills, with a clear and friendly phone manner.
- Ability to understand customer needs and handle different types of personalities.
- Strong listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with CRM practices and sales tools.
- Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively.
- Comfortable working in a different time zone to align with Australian business hours.
- A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Day range:

- Monday to Friday

Shift:

- UK shift

Travel requirement:

- No travel
