Maintain laptop and hardware troubleshooting.
- Handling and troubleshoot issues remotely.
- System monitoring and maintenance including configuration and security management, patching, automation, hardening and system upgrades.
- Ensuring overall system and server uptime, availability, reliability, and security.
- Ensure security through access control, backups and firewalls.
- Assigning IP phone and troubleshooting issues.
- Capable of handling servers and Microsoft software.
- Strong networking and system administration knowledge
- Solid understanding and experience in system /network security.
- Capable of handling network printer set up and access issues.
- Capable of handling LAN and WAN network issues.
- Provide technical support to end-users regarding hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as system updates, patches, and backups.
- Conduct hardware and software inventory management, including asset tracking and documentation.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices to continually improve support services.
