**Requirements**:

- A bachelor’s degree in administration or related field
- Must be fluent in Hindi & English
- A minimum of 3 years experience.

- Ability to resolve customer queries.
- Knowledge of CRM systems.
- Computer skills with a good hand at Excel and Docs
