Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct informative and engaging presentations to individuals and groups to promote Teesla Aviation Academy's programs and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students, providing personalized guidance and support throughout the enrollment process.
- Collaborate with marketing and admissions teams to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments to effectively position Teesla Aviation Academy in the marketplace.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics on a regular basis.
- Represent Teesla Aviation Academy with professionalism and integrity at all times.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, aviation, or related field preferred.
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of [X] years of experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of the aviation industry and a genuine passion for flight and aircraft.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse audiences.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools preferred.
