We are currently seeking a highly organized and dedicated Front Office Executive to join our team.
- Manage all front office operations, ensuring that the highest standards of service are consistently maintained.
- Greet guests upon arrival, process check-ins and check-outs, and provide assistance with room assignments and special requests.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and local attractions to provide accurate information to guests.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure prompt attention to guest needs and room readiness.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally, escalating issues to the appropriate department or manager when necessary.
- Oversee cash handling, billing, and payment procedures, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Train, supervise, and support front office team members to ensure efficient and consistent service delivery.
- Prepare reports on occupancy, revenue, and guest feedback for management review.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement in guest experience.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field, or equivalent experience in a similar role.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a front office role at a luxury hotel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with guests from diverse backgrounds
- Proficiency in using computers, reservation systems, and general office equipment
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy.
- A proactive and problem-solving attitude, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
