**Job Title: Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) - Office Interiors Design and Development Firm**

Trueseed has delivered over 100 residential floors to happy families in Gurugram. TrueSeed has forayed into the warehouse and logistics business and is coming up with two Warehousing & Logistics Parks, the first one under the brand Awadh Warehousing & Logistics Park on the Lucknow-Kanpur Road, Lucknow & second one under the brand name Darius Warehousing & Logistics Park in Farukh Nagar, Gurugram.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to join our dynamic Office Interiors Design and Development Firm. As the CMO, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of the company by procuring fresh fitouts business through effective marketing strategies, managing business development, design, and project execution teams, and ensuring unparalleled customer delight throughout the entire client journey. The position reports directly to the Managing Director (MD) of the company.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Business Procurement**:Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to procure fresh fitouts business from various sources, both online and offline.**:

- Identify and capitalize on market opportunities to maximize business growth and revenue generation.
- Utilize market research and analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and competitors.
- Business Development Team Management: Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing business development team.
- Set clear targets and objectives for the team and monitor their performance.
- Provide guidance and support to ensure the team's success in achieving sales and business goals.
- Design Team Management**:Oversee the design team's activities to ensure innovative and appealing project concepts.**:

- Foster a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and excellence in design.
- Work closely with the team to align design strategies with market demands and client preferences.
- Project Execution Team Management: Manage and nurture the project execution team to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Streamline processes and workflows to optimize project efficiency and quality.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination between different departments involved in project execution.
- Customer Delight**:Champion a customer-centric approach across the organization.**:

- Oversee client acquisition processes to attract potential customers and foster lasting relationships.
- Ensure seamless client management throughout the project lifecycle, addressing concerns and maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Implement post-handover initiatives to enhance customer delight and encourage referrals.
- Internal Liaison: Collaborate closely with the finance, commercial leasing, and procurement teams to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
- Share market insights and trends with internal teams to facilitate informed decision-making.

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
- Proven track record of success in marketing, business development, and team management, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics and customer behavior.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and drive innovative marketing initiatives.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets and exceeding expectations.
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to overcome challenges.
- Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

**Compensation Structure**:
We offer a fixed and lucrative variable pay structure to incentivize exceptional performance.
