**Job Title: Telecaller Sales Executive**

**Position Overview**:
As a Telecaller Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth for our company. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers via telephone to introduce them to our products/services, identify their needs, and persuade them to make a purchase. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your sales skills, build relationships with customers, and contribute to the success of a dynamic organization.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote our products/services.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their needs and preferences.
- Provide information about product features, pricing, and promotions to generate interest and drive sales.
- Follow up with leads and inquiries to nurture relationships and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets and performance metrics on a regular basis.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members and sales managers to optimize sales strategies and processes.
- Any other work assigned by the manager.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service roles preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with a clear and persuasive phone manner.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a strong desire to achieve targets and drive results.
- Basic computer skills.
- The minimum educational qualification for the job is completion of class 12th.
