MARKETING COORDINATOR

Job Description: Marketing Co-ordinator Handling Direct and Online Inquiries

Position Overview:
As a Marketing Co-ordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the marketing efforts of the

company by managing inquiries received through various channels.

You will be responsible for efficiently handling customer inquiries, providing accurate information,

and ensuring a positive customer experience.

You will work closely with the marketing team to ensure seamless communication and conversion of

inquiries into potential leads or sales

Key Responsibilities:

Online Inquiry Management: Monitor and respond to inquiries received through the company's

website, social media channels, and other online platforms.

Information Provision: Provide accurate and relevant information about products or services to

potential customers, addressing their queries and concerns effectively.

Lead Management: Document and track inquiries, ensuring proper follow-up and nurturing of leads

to facilitate conversions.

Coordination with Sales Team: Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless handover of

qualified leads and provide necessary support for the conversion process.

Data Management: Maintain an organized database of inquiries, customer information, and

communication history for future reference and analysis.

Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from customers regarding their inquiries and overall

experience, and relay this information to the marketing and product development teams for

continuous improvement.

Reporting: Prepare regular reports on inquiry trends, response times, and conversion rates to

evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in customer service, marketing support, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate information

clearly and persuasively.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle challenging customer situations

with empathy and patience.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and online communication tools.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹9,867.37 - ₹30,000.00 per month
