We are seeking a talented and experienced Google and Facebook Ads professional for managing and optimizing advertising campaigns on the Google Ads platform and Facebook Ads platform respectively. You will be responsible for creating, monitoring, and analyzing paid advertising campaigns to drive traffic, increase brand visibility, and generate conversions for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy: Develop effective strategies for campaigns based on objectives, target audience, and budget allocation. Determine the appropriate ad formats, bidding strategies, and keywords to maximize campaign performance.

Campaign Setup: Set up and configure accounts, including creating campaigns, ad groups, and ad copy. Perform keyword research to identify relevant keywords and optimize targeting options for precise audience targeting.

Ad Creation and Optimization: Create compelling ad copy, headlines, and images that align with campaign objectives. Continuously monitor and optimize ad performance by adjusting bidding strategies, keywords, and targeting options. Conduct A/B testing to identify the most effective ad variations.

Budget Management: Monitor and manage advertising budgets to ensure efficient allocation of funds. Track and analyze campaign spend and adjust budgets accordingly to maximize return on investment (ROI).

Performance Tracking and Analysis: Monitor campaign performance using analytics and other tracking tools. Generate regular reports to analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and cost per acquisition (CPA). Identify trends and insights to make data-driven decisions and optimize campaigns further.

Conversion Tracking and Optimization: Set up conversion tracking to measure the success of campaigns. Optimize campaigns based on conversion data, focusing on improving conversion rates and reducing cost per conversion.

Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and changes in the Ads platform. Continuously research and implement best practices to enhance campaign performance and stay ahead of the curve.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
