Customer Support Representative

We are looking for a skilled Customer Support Executive to join our team for our Inbound Calling US Banking Process. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in the banking industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding their banking queries
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and knowledge of our banking products and services
- Meet and exceed performance metrics such as customer satisfaction, call handling time, and quality assurance
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution
- Maintain a positive and respectful attitude towards customers and colleagues
**Requirements**:
- At least 1 year of experience in an international voice process BPO, preferably in a US banking process
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple inquiries simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment
- Must have offer letters and relieving letters from all companies worked in the past
