- Managing and processing all Travel documentation including, Hotel Accommodation
- Business Meetings as per Director Instruction and making necessary arrangements and support to Administrative smooth functioning
- Scheduling and Fixing up appointments (Official & Personal) for Director / CEO
- To charge of tasks with loyalty towards the organization with full responsibility for the completion of the tasks
- To Proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision making skills
- To ability to manage internal and external correspondence
- Excellent Communication -English, Tamil and Should be good in drafting letters
