We have been running this business since 2019 and have been successful with a strong vision for the future. Services are managed by an efficient team comprising of tech talent spotters, short listers, sources, resource managers, web miners with active support from the senior management team. We are a growing company servicing IT Clients in the USA for now and having a huge plan of expansion in a short note. We transport keen and brilliant scholars and release their resourcefulness to the world. There are a lot of companies as similar to us but the only stand difference is that they share the same what and how, and our clients & employees work with us knows for “Why we” and “Who we are”.

1. In this position, you will be working on analyzing the client requirement and understand their expectations through prospect mail.

3. Expertisein new Software technologies.

4. Use proactive sourcing and recruiting techniques - Boolean searches, referrals, job boards, LinkedIn, and social media networks.

5. Create job posting templates and posted jobs on various job boards.

11. Hands-on experience in Full time, Contract, Contract-Hire, and Remote positions.

13. Bachelor degree with technical education will be needed for this role.

14. Perfect to have an extraordinary skill in pay attention/understanding and grasping.

15. Working knowledge in social media and other job portals is highly chosen.

17. Active team performer is preferred.

18. Be duty-bound to work in US shift timing.

22. Training and mentoring new hires joining our team and getting them familiar with the system.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
